John has participated in the sport of gymnastics his entire life. He was a competitive gymnast and a member of the United States Senior National Team from 1993-2000. He was a member of the 1995 and 1997 World Championship Teams as well as the 1996 Olympic Team. He retired from competitive gymnastics in 2000 but has continued to remain closely involved in the sport. Since 1996, John has traveled the country doing appearances at corporations and various gymnastics clubs. John comes from a gymnastics family. His dad Fred was a gymnast and a member of the 1968 Olympic Team which competed in Mexico City. Fred was the head coach of the men's team at the University of Minnesota from 1971 through 2004. His sister Marie was a member of the 1984 Olympic Team which competed in Los Angeles. John was a member of the USA National Team from 1988 through 2000. He was a member of six World Championship Teams and a member of the 1992, 1996 and 2000 Olympic Teams. Russ and Reagan Womack
Russ Womack grew up in Knoxville, TN, enjoying and playing organized sports. His love of the outdoors and recreation attracted him to the many exciting opportunities offered at Lake Frances Retreats. Russ earned a Bachelorís degree from the University of Tennessee where he met his wife Reagan. A school counselor at North Middle School in Loudon County Schools, Reagan is originally from Clarksville, TN, where she and Lacy Macready, the wife of Lake Frances co-owner John Macready, were childhood friends. Reagan, who earned a Bachelorís and Masterís degree from the University of Tennessee, assists Russ with the hosting aspects of retreats at Lake Frances. Married in 2002, Russ and Reagan live in Knoxville where they are involved members of a local church. They look forward to hosting your group at Lake Frances Retreats.
